30 Second Spacebar Counter
At thirty seconds this becomes an endurance event. Expect a lower per-second average than your sprint scores — the goal is a flat curve, not a fast start.

How to approach the 30 second counter
Half a minute of spacebar pressing is an endurance event, and the strategy is identical to distance running: an almost-easy opening pace, a steady middle, and a controlled push in the last five seconds. Swap techniques mid-run if you can — thumb to fingers and back — to spread the load across muscles. Anything above 4.5 presses per second averaged over thirty seconds is strong, and a chart without a mid-run sag is the mark of a disciplined pacer.
