A centisecond stopwatch with lap splits, and a countdown timer with one-tap presets and a triple-beep alarm. Both keep perfect time even if your browser stutters — elapsed time is always computed from the clock, never counted in ticks.

Lap splits show both the cumulative time and the delta since the previous lap — the format coaches and interval runners actually want. The timer keeps counting correctly in a background tab (browsers throttle displays, not wall-clocks), and the alarm fires the moment you return or the tab wakes. One honest limitation of every browser timer: if you close the tab entirely, the countdown goes with it — for anything critical, your phone's alarm is the right tool and we'll happily admit it.
